Our Story
It began with a craving — and a wish for an artisanal gelato we could enjoy every day.
So we built Ojalá from the ground up. Literally. What was once a dusty old palapa is now a sanctuary of white textures, hanging swings, sun-washed light, and some of the finest flavors in Baja.
Located in Las Playitas, our shop is more than a place to get ice cream. It’s a destination. A place to gather. To linger. To laugh. To savor the moment. Ojalá is our answer to that original wish — guilt-free gelato, perfected for every day.

An all-white palapa with hanging chairs you can swing in, cozy lounge seating, and sand floors. Think beach bar meets artisan gelato shop—a place to relax, indulge, and escape.
